Dynamic PDF With Embedded Signature

This example shows how we created a custom form that the user can use to fill out some information. Once the form is complete they would continue to the confirmation and signature page to confirm the information entered and sign with their mouse. After they submit their signature a pdf will be create that can either be stored on a file server or in this case displayed giving you the ability to print or save the pdf.
